Specialising in burnout, anxiety, and stress management we enhance mental health and confidence through individual coaching and corporate leadership and wellbeing programmes. Having coached over 700 individuals, we've improved wellbeing and reduced attrition and sick leave for clients like WPP agencies and Big Pharma brands.

    FOUNDER & WELLBEING COACH

    Nicola is a bold Libran with a passion for wellbeing. After experiencing corporate burnout and addictions, she retrained as a Health Coach and is a Trainee Psychotherapist. With experience in designing global learning programmess for brands like Mars and P&G, she creates transformative programmes to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, empowering individuals to shine confidently.

  • Celynn Morin

    DIETICIAN & WELLBEING FACILITATOR

    Celynn has been delivering workplace wellbeing programmes for over two decades. She is an award-winning speaker. She helps business leaders and their teams who are challenged by stress to enrich the quality of their lives; to have more energy; to sleep with ease and to feel more in control of their physical, emotional and mental health.

  • Carina Birrell

    WELLBEING COACH & YOGA TEACHER

    Carina has been practising Yoga and meditation for over 15 years and is fascinated by what they have to offer. Her teaching is inspired by the idea that our bodies hold an imprint of our life experiences and beliefs up until this point.

    She has led wellness programmes for brands such as ING, H&M and The Department of Transport.

    MEN’S WELLBEING

    COACH & MEDITATION TEACHER

    Tor is an experienced Meditation and Visualisation Teacher, and Men’s Mental Health Leader. Over the last 8 years, he has worked with large organisations to implement and deliver wellbeing strategies. He holds spaces for men where they can be vulnerable, yet still remain strong in themselves.  Tor believes masculinity is the result of being rested in a state of tethered, embodied consciousness-and transmitting that connection into our environment as a gift to others.

    THERAPIST

    Debby masterfully weaves together her skills as a counsellor, coach, and mentor to create a pathway of transformation that is uniquely tailored to individual needs.

    Whether the issue is self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or procrastination, Debby creates a nurturing space to unravel negative thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs.

    Her methods are powerful and shine a light on the impact our past has on our present selves, so clients are empowered to reshape their narrative.

    HEALTH CONTENT

    Helena serves our French speaking markets and takes a holistic approach to health coaching, taking into account the body and mind as a whole. Her expertise spans nutrition, health, high-level sport and personal development. Helena has worked in Ayurvedic medicine and supports clients on their path of well-being, self-confidence, and serenity at an individual or corporate team level.

  • Natalie McAdam

    NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST

    Natalie consults on wellness for the police and is an established nutrition writer. She’s written for The Daily Mail, Closer Magazine and FMCG campaigns. Natalie has also worked with brands such as Ogilvy to deliver nutritional workshops on topics such as depression, fertility, hormone problems, weight loss, stress, and exhaustion (adrenal fatigue).

    She believes food is medicine and that changes should be ongoing with absolutely no fads.
